I have Suggestions here,
1. Take overs - This will be used to get more buisness on your Company, It may be Essential to not Only get Produts but Produce Moar.
2. Branches - Seeing as this may/Mayn't be a Tycoon game it'd be Essential to have more then one Buisness running at a time, Being able to take over even Moar buisnesses, In corrospondence to Take over, if someone loses there company they become an Employee.
3. BANKRUPCY - I haven't a Clue if this was allready going to be Implemented but Bankrupcy will cause someone to not be able to buy anything untill they Pay of there Debt's (Note, there Buisness should Slowly automaticaly be sold off)
4. Company Merges - Allowing 2+ Players to make a Bigger better company.
